Flotation units Hydromatic

In the petrochemical industry, the wastewater may contain high amounts of oil which is released in the waste water during several processes.Firma Hydromatic offers various wastewater treatment units that are very appropriate for this industry. Free oil can be removed very efficiently by the Hydromatic separators. For the removal of coarse particles Hydromatic offers rake screens and for the removal of fine particles the Hydromatic flotation units can be used.

The Hydromatic flotation units are designed to treat large waste water flows for the removal of suspended solids, oil, fat, grease and other dispersed and/or flocculated materials with micro flotation.

The Hydromatic units are very compact due to the use of plate separating technology working in accordance with both counter current and cross flow principles. The unique design allows the waste water flow to be divided over all plate packs sections separately, resulting in optimal separation efficiency. Sand and other settling materials are removed using a stainless steel transport auger operating over the entire base of the Hydromatic units.
